Ordering original artwork isn’t quite like adding a book to your cart on Amazon—there are no machines or conveyor belts involved! Each piece is individually handled and thoughtfully packed in a custom art box to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. I personally take care of every step, treating each artwork like it’s precious cargo—because it is.

Some of my pieces are exhibited at select venues around Sydney/Melbourne, so it may take a little time to retrieve and prepare them before shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days (not including weekends or public holidays). Most shipments are handled by courier services for secure delivery. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a follow-up notification with tracking details once your artwork is on its way.

Damaged Artwork? Don’t Worry—We’ve Got It Covered

Each artwork is carefully packed in sturdy, custom-made boxes built to keep your piece safe in transit. While we do everything we can to protect your purchase, occasionally things go wrong along the way. If your artwork arrives damaged, don’t stress—we’ll make it right.

Your shipment is fully insured, so you're covered. If something's not quite right, just reach out as soon as you can and we’ll figure out the best path forward—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

To help us resolve it quickly, please provide the following within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  • 📸 Photos of the outside of the box

  • 📦 A clear image of the shipping label

  • 🖼️ Pictures showing any damage to the artwork or frame

The more detail you can provide, the faster we can get things sorted. Please send all images to bluebird@optusnet.com.au, and we’ll take care of the rest.

International Shipping

At this time, we’re only able to ship within Australia. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process or fulfil orders placed from outside the country.

If an international order is placed, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus any payment processing fees incurred.
