About Kerry-Anne Knibbs Art

Kerry-Anne Knibbs Art is an independent Australian artist, author and publisher offering original artworks, limited edition prints, books, greeting cards, bookmarks and creative workshops.

Every effort is made to provide accurate information, product descriptions and images so you can shop with confidence.

Products

All products are subject to availability.

As many products are produced in limited quantities, some items may become unavailable without notice.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing or availability at any time.

Original Artwork

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces.

Once sold, they cannot be reproduced or replaced.

Due to differences in screen settings and devices, colours may vary slightly from those viewed online.

Minor variations in texture, brushwork and finish are part of the unique character of original artwork and are not considered faults.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints are professionally produced from original artwork.

Small colour variations between screen displays and printed artwork are considered normal and do not constitute a fault.

Each edition is produced in accordance with the edition size stated on the product listing.

Books, Greeting Cards & Bookmarks

Books, greeting cards and bookmarks are professionally printed using premium materials.

While every effort is made to accurately represent each product, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to printing processes.

Orders

When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase.

Orders are accepted once payment has been received and confirmation has been sent.

If an item becomes unavailable or an error has occurred with pricing or stock levels, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice.

Shipping costs are calculated separately where applicable.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

We do not offer international shipping through our online store.

If you are a genuine overseas collector interested in purchasing an original artwork or limited edition print, you are welcome to contact bluebird@optusnet.com.au. International requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please refer to that policy for full details before making a purchase.

Workshops

Workshop bookings may be subject to separate booking conditions where applicable.

If a workshop is cancelled, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

If you are unable to attend a workshop, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, books, written content, designs, logos and graphics displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Kerry-Anne Knibbs unless otherwise stated.

They are protected under Australian copyright law.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, modified, stored or used in any form without prior written permission.

Purchasing an artwork, print or publication does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Image Use

Images displayed on this website are provided solely for viewing products and learning about Kerry-Anne Knibbs Art.

Downloading, copying, scanning, screenshotting or reproducing images for commercial or personal use is not permitted without written permission.
