Sun is part of the Imagine series, inspired by a deep exploration of symbolism and spiritual philosophy, influenced by artists such as Hilma af Klint and traditions including Mysticism, Theosophy, Anthroposophy, and Jungian psychology.

The classical symbolism historically associated the Sun as the "King of the Planets", vitality, identity, illumination, and the inner life force. As the source of light within both classical astronomy and astrology, the Sun symbolises the soul, the conscious self, and the drive to embody one's unique purpose and Dharma.

At the centre of the composition, two doves meet in a quiet kiss beneath the words Hook and Eye, symbolising the union of two souls through love, harmony, and spiritual connection. Traditionally associated with devotion, peace, and partnership, the doves reflect the Sun's life-giving and unifying energy — the merging of duality into wholeness, where two become one. Their presence within the work evokes the idea of soul recognition, divine partnership, and the radiant force of love as an expression of higher consciousness.

With its luminous, atmospheric quality, Sun brings a warm and contemplative presence into the home, inviting personal interpretation and reflection on the symbolic relationship between love, identity, unity, and the cosmos.
