My Art Process

My work is slow art — like slow fashion, it’s crafted with care, patience, and intention. I paint instinctively, translating energy into color, form, and symbol. It’s a spiritual practice — more about listening than thinking. I don’t paint what I see, but what I feel: the subtle flows of energy within and around me. Each piece is an energetic recording — holding resonance and reflecting the evolving frequencies of life.

I use Matisse Flow and Structure Acrylics, chosen for their eco-conscious ingredients and rich, earthy tones inspired by the Australian landscape.

In a world of speed and disconnection, I believe it’s time to re-attune to nature — to see her, to be seen by her, and to bring her presence indoors. My art is a quiet invitation to remember that we belong to her — and to align once more with her rhythm.
